chat bar on ps3

Steps:
During phase four beta my chat bar was perfectly place in the lower left hand corner of my screen. During a few updates every time I logged on the chat bar kept moving to the right each time til it reached the end of my screen. Now it is on the far right of my screen and cuts off over half of what is being said

Have you tried to move it back (using USB or virtual mouse)?

No, I haven't tried that yet (don't know how to bring up the virtual mouse).
But I have tried making a new character from the beginning and then tried relogging it had the same problems.
The chat bar began at the lower left corner and moved a bit to the right after relogging.
So it's a fundamental problem that needs help from SE sinds the virtual mouse would just be a band-aid.

bump + you can't move it with the pointer it only makes the chat box bigger to the right or up

I can't grab it period. The upper right corner is completely cut off
