Levequests Unable to Start

In some areas they have a levequest to initially unlock levequests in certain areas. But it gives you an area on the map of where to go but it will not allow you to initiate the quests to start them and it will not allow you to abandon them.

So far I have found this issue for:

Leves of Costa Del Sol

Leves of Camp Drybone

Leves of Quarrymill

Leves of Little Ala Mhigo

I do not know if anyone else has encountered this issue.

I am having this issue also.

Leves of Wineport

Leves of Camp Tranquil

When you get these unlock quests you get 1 normal quest and 1 levequest. Different icons.
Open the levequest corresponding to the normal quest.

You may have to open your journal to select the right levequest.

I'll have to look again. I did all the quests they gave me thus far or at least it seems, but never hurts to check again.
