Am i the only one who think this is disrespectful from SE ?
THIS IS NOT A THREAD TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE ERRORS NEITHER THE SERVER BEING FULL , IT's ABOUT COMMUNICATION FROM SE PLEASE STOP REPLYING ABOUT THE WORST LAUNCH EVER OR X ERROR THAT HAVE BEEN BUGGING YOU PLEASE
I always supported SE since the beginning of the launch/EA through all the errors , i do understand games can be buggy and i understand they could not anticipate the numbers of players that would return or buy the game when it launched but there's one thing that bothers me...
For 2-3 days now more and more people are getting huge lag spikes followed most of the time by a disconnect from the server with the Error 90000 , most of the people started having even more problem since around 1:00 am this morning , multiple post were made here in the Technical Support to have an answer to that and almost 10 hours after this issue have become even worst to a point where people log in and get disconnected 1 or 2 minutes after being logged in , we still have no news about this issue anywhere from SE.
Also this morning since maybe 7 or 8 am EST time we started getting lobby error , again there is multiple threads about this issue right now and just like the other problem if you really look at the forum you can't miss it.
So right now we have a group of errors mixing together and if you add the World Full (1017) error well your chance to log in are practically nonexistent.
But this is not where i think SE is being disrespectful , where i think the line have been cross is today , at 5:49 am when SE announced this news here : http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...82b633c56153a4
If you read it you will see it's an announcement telling us that the JP servers are having issues logging in the game and the matter is being addressed right now.
The rest of the world is having huge latency/disconnections problems for days and it's been worst and worst since this morning and we have yet to hear from SE about it , we are experiencing errors with the launcher and the lobby servers for 3 to 4 hours now and still nothing from SE on that matter also.
That's where i find it disrespectful.
This is not a thread to complain about the errors themselves but about the customer service and the feedback we receive from them as a NA/EU player compared to the JP players.
Anyone else think the same thing ?
