SE Store charged me twice !!!! What are you doing???

I already have standard PC download account (29.99US) and finished payment before Early access begin.
Today (31-8-2013), SE Store (Digitalriver) charged me again for another standard PC download account (29.99US).
I didn't order anything.
I didn't received any confirmation.
In findmyorder.com didn't found anything except my first one.
but when I checked my debit card balance, I lost my money twice.

What's happening ??, I need your support and I want my money back urgently.

First of all you should dispute that transaction with your bank.
Then sent them a ticket about this matter. I don't think they will see it if you post it here.
