I have been asked to register my account again. Now I DID NOT make a new account and register my pre-order code to that. My account on the moogle station says I have a registered pre-order code on my account but it says it is inactive. I have looked up my digital receipt and I only have 1 code to input that is 20 digits when I do so it is says it has already been registered of course I did that nearly 8 days ago.
I have checked my spam box and all deleted emails for another email with another 20 digit code and I got nothing. I have tried to talk to a Rep and have had my ticket shut down 4 times when I finally get to the front of the queue and have sent an email ticket and have received nothing back not even a confirmation email to my email box. I'm seriously at my wits end on how I can play this game that I bought and am now locked out of. I even went back to the SE digital store and looked up the available codes in the code checker section and it only has the single code. I can't even BUY TIME onto the account I already have.
Nearly 8 hours of frustration has led me to making a forum post on the matter out of desperation.
Someone, Anyone help.
