So going thru the account setup it had me register the copy of the game I got . I thought since I was logged in it would match it with my beta-EA account as that one had my characters on it . Well it did not and now I have two service accounts one linked to my characters and one is blank . My question is that do I have to purchase another copy of the game to access my toons or can square enix fix this??
SE is slowly fixing this problem on a person by person basis, there's a huge 100 some page thread about it, look there.

We all feel your pain. Maybe some instructions or a user friendly process might have been helpful. I mean, I know hind sight is 20/20, but i'm pretty sure my 3 year old son would have had the foresight to see that it might be a problem when you give absolutely 0 instructions on any of the registration process, besides the incorrect process listed in the 1 page manual inside the game case.
