It's Asking Me To Re-Register!

The launcher has gone back to the welcome screen and asks me to re-register. When I key in my code it says it's already been registered.

What the heck is going on?

I have got the exact same problem, it occured to me yesterday after the game crashed once, bumping up for answers.

I got the exact same thing. WTF.

Solution

Option 1
1) Look in your spam folder in the email that you used to pre-order (it may be different from your account email)
- Subject: Square-Enix, Inc. - Product Now Available (Order #...)
- From: webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com
2) Enter "Digital Rights" code, which is included in the email, when the game client promts you to do so
3) Click Next, then Play

Option 2
1) Go to store.na.square-enix.com/orders
2) Enter email and partial credit card information
3) You'll see the same information that your email has in Option 1
4) Proceed starting from Step 2 in Option 1

If you log into Amazon and go into "Your Account > Your Games and Software Library" It will show a listing of all of the games have ordered and any keys associated with those games. You might have to click on a little yellow button that says display key. I can't remember what it exactly said but it was hidden under that button when I logged in for the first time. The code that you find on there is the one you need to register. Ack, my bad. Aparently there is a SEPERATE early access code to your purchased copy. I had to go back to my email I received when I ordered to find a new registration code.

It's in the email sent by digitalriver.com.

I'm a legacy account holder >.> I have been playing for a year before the servers went down, and now my account says it's "inactive" and when I put in my registration code from my game I bought it says it's already in use.

Can't get into the support center either.

I went and looked back, there is in fact a second code in my digital river email however when I try imputing it in the game it says only a code from the same region as my account can be used, what the fuck ...
