Well, I love this game honestly. However the customer support is pure garbage. I realize this will likely get deleted, I may get a warning, or heck even flamed. but I wanted this heard.
So without going deep into the issue, I filed a report about a game mechanic issue that effected gameplay. I gave all the required information they needed. I get a email today saying the following.
"Due to the overwhelming volume in regards to the upcoming launch of FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn, we have been regretfully unable to respond to your request within the expected 48 hours. Because of this, your ticket has been closed in order to prioritize time-sensitive issues being reported during Early Access"
I'm so very happy that my issue is not considered important. It's so unimportant that they closed my ticket without even giving me a human reply, or even a suggestion on a work around.
This is honestly a disgusting practice in terms of customer service, and I expected alot more from SE. I was extremely understanding when I was nearly unable to access the game for the duration of early access, but to have them close my ticket, without even giving me a proper response, is pretty disturbing.
