Pre-Ordered from SE. How do I get a refund?

Pre-ordered the digital collectors edition from the SE site. I haven't done anything to activate the free 30 days yet because I was waiting to see if 1017 was going to get resolved. How can I get a refund? I'll buy the game again when it's ready to play but for now I can use my $49.99 on something else. I'm sorry. I could understand some emergency maintenance but I cannot abide not being able to log in after 4:30 PM EST. I have to work to pay for things I want to do including play this game. I won't be able to log in before that. I'm not willing to wait a week. When I hear reports that the game is working I'll be back. Love the game but this restricting log ins without some sort of afk boot is ridiculous.

While I know this may not technically be technical support I can't find what forum to put it really.

I would say your best bet is to put in a ticket with SE support through their main website store.

Also while i know you are very upset, as is your right to be, I'd suggest waiting out the storm and giving it a try! It's a fantastic game imo and i can't get enough. Logging in is my only issue with it thus far.

Good luck with tickets, I had to put a few in for different issues over the past week or so. Haven't heard anything back from any of them. The only customer service rep must be on permanent lunch break...

Oh I love the game, when I can play. I played through phase 3 and I've been looking forward to release. I'll buy the game again without a doubt but after this experience I want to wait until I KNOW the game is working and I can log in. Right now I have other things I can do with that 50 bucks.
