When i'm checking the Mog Center i got apparently 2 tabs; one being the early-access and one for the collector's edition.
Apparently my character isn't 'connected' or 'known' on the CE. Is there a way to transfer my account to the proper one?

Apparently my character isn't 'connected' or 'known' on the CE. Is there a way to transfer my account to the proper one?
My friend had a similar issue - seems like when he registered his code is made him a second tab on a server he never made a character on.
I also have two service accounts, but after looking at it there is not PS3 active service listed.
I sadly have no idea, this only happened to him shortly before the emergency maintenance last night. I'll check in with him today and post again if he contacted/made any progress with Customer Support.
I don't know of a way to transfer, I thought I saw a post on this somewhere about two accounts. Is either one of your two accounts active and usable? I can't even get access to the game anymore because my account is not updated with PS3 service.
i have also done this on my account i have sent the required ticket to square enix but im worried it isnt going to be sorted before the 2 days remaining i have on my account with my character on it my CE is also counting down its days on the second service account even tho i have no character on it..
I hear that there are a lot of people in this same boat. I don't think there is anyway to contact SqEx on this. I contacted Sony, but they said to contact SqEx.
