Hi. My account was originally a Collectors Edition account and I additionally prepurchased 2.0 standard digital, like many others. I received my onion helm and 2.0 prepurchase items but never received the collectors edition items like other 1.0 CE folks. No Coeurl mount, no baby behemoth, etc. Anyone else experience this? What can I do to rectify this?

You'll get them from Delivery Mog in in-game message. You need to get to your character and it should be there waiting. I got mine.
Thanks for the reply, but they weren't mailed to me like they were to others, only received the preorder bonus. My bad though, I should have searched the forum more thoroughly, I see others having my same issue. I am actually flagged as a standard edition owner in the mog station despite having the onion helm, CE authenticator and the like. I will open up a ticket. Sorry for the repeat post.
It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
