So I got my physical CE yesterday, and when I was trying to enter the collector's edition registration code it says it's invalid...can someone help me thank you.

I don't believe we can activate our CE boxes until the 28th; I myself have not received my code from Amazon yet and it states that won't happen until 12pm tonight.

If you had an original 1.0 Account you will not be able to upgrade to the Collectors edition from a third-party sadly. http://support.na.square-enix.com/fa...la=1&kid=68513 this is annoying and frustrating so I went ahead and just sent out a request to Customer Support to see if they can do anything.
You can however purchase the Digital Upgrade for an additional 20 bucks. -

Being standard with 15 days free means you have a standard 1.0 account.
You cannot use the provided code to get the CE items unfortunately, I have started a thread about this issue asking that we be able to use our registration in the digital account upgrade service to compensate this issue.
You can add you voice!
The only way for you to get those items now is to pay an extra 20$ with the digital upgrade service or get the PS3 version where you can link your 1.0 account through it. -
