(Please help) Collectors edition

So I owned ff14 1.0 but I wanted early access so I preordered/bought the ff14 ARR CE, I was in beta and the preorder code let me into early access as well. Well today I tried to find out how to redeem my CE items and ran into a bunch of problems. I did recieve 2 emails from SE giving me a digital rights code and another email saying the dlc is integrated in the disk and you no longer require a code (but I bought digital download) so I went to the account services at the mogstation to try and input the code. The first problem was that when I tried it told me I had an invalid code, but the 2nd problem is that while looking at my account it said I have 0 characters when I'm supposed to have 2, I only have 1 service account as far as I know (dont know how to check that exactly) but it says I have 0 characters and standard 14 days access left. Did the free version I got from 1.0 somehow screw things up for me? I don't know how to claim my CE stuff or how to make it so it sees my characters. Also the forums see my characters, I log on with my username and pass and it asked me what I wanted my main character to be on forums so it knows I have characters but mogstation doesn't. Please help

Think I got same problem. Using my FFXIV 1.0 account bought new copy of ARR for early access, account services show old 1.0 char which I deleted and 14 days game time.

Char I made in phase 4/EA not on there but pre order items are there on account!

Want to know where my 30 days free sub is for buying game.

So updating my problem I believe that because I owned 1.0, when they gave me the free game even though i bought the CE it activated a service account for windows so I cannot add another one, is there anyway to terminate that so I can input my CE?

From what I've read, they aren't actually implementing the first month until the 27th. That free month will likely not start until that date.

The account with only 14 days of access left sounds like a v1.0 account. What might have happened is you created a new service account when you started beta, and your characters are there. If you have multiple service accounts, they will show up as tabs within the web page, underneath where it says "Welcome to the Mog Station, _____". Next to "Account Status" do you see tabs labeled "FINAL FANTASY XIV 1" and "FINAL FANTASY XIV 2"? If so, click #2.

If this is the case, you should be able to add the ARR CE code to the other service account (#2?) where your current characters are.

The pre order code was enough to get me the CE items but there doesn't seem to be any way to add the 30 days free onto an existing 1.0 account

That would be understandable if I had 2 service accounts, the service account that I used for the beta was the same account I had in the 1.0 version and it has moved over to ARR. So i only have 1 service account with no options to add windows service and cannot input the code to upgrade my account to CE, what im trying to do now is to return the digital CE i bought online and just use the mogstation to upgrade my status to CE

It boggles my mind as to why they think I would have paid an additional $30usd to play three days of early access (digital CE being $49.99usd), when I could have just paid $20 to upgrade at the moogle station. At this point I may just cancel my preorder and pay the $ 20.
