Why it shows "You have no available characters." in mog station?

When I redeem my Game Activation Code via the Mog Station a short while ago,I can see my characters name in the right banner.
But it shows "You have no available characters" now.
Any one can help?

I have a similar problem together with my friend - only characters on Japanese servers are listed - the same glitch happened when we were attaching our PS3 / PSN account to SE service account prior EA - only Japanese servers were listed there however we've got all our character once launched the game. Hopefully that's the same problem - you can try to quickly create character on one of the JP servers to see if it will appear at Mogstation ...

But it shouldn't affect anything right? Like my character won't disappear or anything if I register the game, right?

Nope - all your NA/EU character are perfectly safe, all progress kept just not listed via Mogstation web site right now. No worries.

i had the same issue. at work now and logged on Mog Station just to check it out. saw my one character listed. and then after a while, i tabbed away, came back and no characters listed anymore. gonna play it safe for now and not register until it's seemingly working as intended. unless if this was intended as well? ://

I doubt it's intentional - mare like poor QA before releasing the site - but it sure is scarry to see all your main chars missing!

Thank you guys,I found all the NA/EU charaters vanished via Mogstation web site,maybe something wrong with the web to get the data from database.
