Possible Bug with Craf Training Requirements

This may or may not be a bug, but I'm leaning towards "is a bug".

The crafting training "Dyeing" doesn't seem to be listed in a recipes actual requirements in-game. However, anecdotal observations by players are showing that having the Dyeing training book makes things like colored leather and cloth significantly easier to synth.

Fansite Databases such as ZAM and YG do list Dyeing as a requirement for dyed materials, but that's only due to the observations of the players and not because it's listed as such in-game. As far as I can tell, no recipe in-game calls for Dyeing (correct me if I'm wrong here, fellow forum-goers)!

Is this a bug? Are things such as Woad-blue canvas and Moss-green buffalo leather supposed to list Dyeing as a requirement?

A lot of required training is now "Hidden". Whether they were supposed to be removed entirely or meant to be hidden is something only SE knows. >_>

I think they are not really suppose to be hidden recommendations. If you look at the recipe list on the lodestone, it will state some of the things that do recommend multiple treatises and yeah it would be nice to show more then one in the information menu before starting. I said it long ago but I don't think moderators look at any topics that don't get lots of constant attention. You should just be careful about any synthesis that seems like common sense to need a certain treatise but only displays a different one. (Decorated Gear = Painting, Composite Bows = Bonecarving, Stone rings = Gemcutting, Colored Materials = Dyeing, etc)

Not true at all. I've created 2 previous bug topics that only had a reply or two, and had a mod personally respond to them. They'd be very silly to just ignore topics in the Bugs forum simply for the sake of them not having many hits. After all, this isn't really a discussion forum to begin with.

This seems to be an error with the way the system lists required training for crafting. The training "Dyeing" is not listed on recipes for dyed materials. It does not seem to be listed in-game on any recipe at all. It does seem apparent that Dyeing is beneficial to dyed material synthesis, even though it's not listed.

Thank you for your patience as this matter is reviewed. The developers require a little more information to investigate further. Could you provide us with the specific recipes you have noticed this occuring with? I understand that it is all the recipes that require dyeing training, but the developers need the specific names.
