Tabbed secondary chat window?

So, the chat log in the lower left can have multiple tabs. You can pull the tabs out to have several chat logs. My question is, can you merge those? Can I have a chat log in the lower right with multiple tabs? Couldn't find a way :(. Tried to naively move one pulled out chat log into another hoping they would merge together, but didn't.

I think you have to pull the window over the tab to the left of your main window to merge it back. I know I did it while the servers were up.

I think you misunderstood. I don't want to return a pulled out chat log into the main chat log in the lower right. I want to take multiple pulled out chat logs and merge them into a new,second tabbed chat log in the lower right.
