NA Error 2 Still Unresolved

I bought my pre-order copy directly from Square-Enix, yet they gave me a bad code and have yet to respond to multiple contacts about it. By the time they give me a valid code the early access will be over.... It makes me wish I had bought my copy from another store so I could go to them for another code. The SE online store hasn't responded, and the Support site just said they would get back to me within 48 hours... and it took them 12 hours just to send that form email from when I submitted the help request.

same problem here... contacted them 08/22.... nothing until now... best case scenario, they will solve it monday, but the early access will be almost over.

i espect some kind of compensation on that.. im pretty pissed with that situation, at least in blizzard, the support is really good... all my problems was solved in hours...

soo... nothing new?
