I'm pretty sure at this point your only option is to create a new character. :'(

you CAN NOT do a full edit of you character
barber shop will be coming latter
for editing, hair changing and basic coloring stuff, i think

the Phial of Fantasia is an item the will you do a FULL edit (no name change),

Yes, by subscribing for 30 days you'll get a free one time appearance change. I suggest waiting it out.

wow, is this true?!? where did you get this info? I don't need to change my beta character, but knowing that if I ever want to change something I will get a "free token" later is pretty cool.
