Cant find live support chat or the 1-800 numbers

Hi there! Does anyone know the 1-800 number or the live support chat link so i can reset my account secret question and answer? I know, its dumb but i lost it and I cant reset my password!

I tried, they wont take me to live chat! Email is useless, i know.

When you say they wont take you, do you mean you've tried the live chat and have been unsuccesful? Or you were never shown the option to get into a live chat session?

Being a password issue, might require being on the phone.

Couldnt contact the live chat til now, dont know if they'll do.
Im guessing that they wont cos its a password issue.
