legacy account but no access to early access WTF

so yeah i have a legacy account and legacy character but no access to early access i get this message when i login to the client

also account managment says this

i mean wtf i was doing closed beta for the original 1.0 launch this is messed up man

Calm down and wait for the early access to begin before freaking out. There was a twitter post that said as much.

does your account show Legacy on the secure site? or basically did you pay for 3 months with 1.0. if so, SE will do something about it. if not, you need to pre-order the game to play EA

Same issue here, legacy character from 1.0 CE but I have same error msg as OP. I guess all I can do is wait and hope I can play for EA.

I am getting the same thing..was wondering if anyone had similar issue. Does anybody have info on this?

There was a post and a tweet saying that Legacy players would NOT have to do ANYTHING WHATSOEVER to get in Early Access.

I have this problem as well. I registered and started playing FFXIV in June of last year. I paid for every month till they shut down to build 2.0. I was in phase 4 as Legacy, am on a Legacy server, but apparently am not Legacy according to my service account. Whats the best way to contact SE about asking them to check into my Legacy status?

A friend of mine also said he payed the 3 month requirement and he isn't counted as Legacy. He has talked to SE and they said they can no longer change accounts to Legacy.

You can tell if your Legacy by looking at your service account and seeing if it has the Legacy symbol on it.

Here where exactly do you see that symbol Kaihri?
I can't seem to find any trace of my account being Legacy while I paid for over 12 months.

Had to be 3+ months in 2012. Also another person said they had Legacy from 1.0 CE. Pretty sure you don't get Legacy just from buying the 1.0 CE.
