HOW TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SQUARE ENIX NORTH AMERICA

Step 1.) support.na.square-enix.com

Scroll to the bottom and click "contact us". Fill out the forms and get a ticket number.

Step 2.) At this point you can do one of three things:

A.) wait for an email response

B.) use the support.na.square-enix.com to get into a chat cue and wait for chat support (have your ticket number ready)

or

C.) Call them: 858-790-7529 Note: This is NOT an 800 number. You will catch some long distance charges if you are not a cali resident or don't have nationwide long distance on your phone.

Their business hours are 9am - 5pm PDT, M-F. Thanks Khovel!

In how many hours do the NA chat support open?

they should be open from 8am - 5pm PST. So they should open in 20 min or so.

How do you start chat support, is it just an option that shows up after clicking contact us after 8am PST?
