Can we get a dev response on shipping our orders for the hard copy of the game?

I see from the old beta forums that some people have commented their orders shipped but has not been able to track yet and had not gotten the order yet. I have called digital river and not been able to get anything from them but it's being packaged up. That was since this past Monday. Does it take a week to box it up? Anyway can you tell us what the process is going to be like for us waiting on packages to ship and when we can expect to receive them. I know shipping options are different for everyone. But, you might have some general idea. I'm specifically asking about US shipments but you can feel free to discuss others as well. I am sure I'm not the only one that has this kind of question.

Edit to my question: I said dev response but what I really want is a Community Manager or something to that fact responding. I am aware this matter has nothing to do with the dev team and typed before I worded it correctly. Thanks Shiroineko for helping me catch that. Digital River is not very helpful and is giving no information whatsoever.

Although you're probably right about not being the only one with this question, this is probably something that should be directed to Digital River, not the development team, as it's a shipping issue.

No longer need this information. My order tracking number has been generated as of today. Kinda answers my question right there.

WHS, did the card that you purchased the game on get charged when it shipped or have u not been charged yet? Mine shipped out 8/19/13 and i still haven't been charged for it yet... Weird

Nope, no charge yet but I am keeping the money in there just in case. Mine shipped today and ups says tuesday. So basically I paid for them to hold it the whole week and ship it out at the last minute. Or I could have just went the cheap route and they would have sent it monday and still got to me on tuesday. I hate wasting money on stuff so companies can sit on their a.... and use me and my money to get a free ride. At least it's coming.

Shipped Friday will get it this Tuesday. They charged my card on Saturday.

I am still curious on this. I have an order confirmation but no billing/shipping notification yet, but have seen a post on http://www.reddit.com/r/ffxiv that all CE are shipped and they ran out despite having more orders in than they had copies to. They said they got it from the forums but no link yet to where it said this.
