What class is this? It is in a hamlet so I would suppose it is DoH

Shepherd, maybe? Vaguely looks like that of a Bull's head to me, so that would make sense anyway.

It looks more like hands shooting out flames to me, so maybe some kind of new mage?

Unlikely, as the hamlet areas appear to exclusively house crafting-based stations. If it were a mage though, the only available option would be Mystic. (We already know what Arcanist's symbol is, as seen from the guild in Limsa.)

Ya and now that I look at it again it looks more like an outline of a dear head, so ya shepard is probably what it is.
