Black Shroud Map: Help translating requested

So I have taken the last couple Alpha first look video and the Live Letter from the Producer, and taken screengrabs of the new map for Black Shroud, including southern (New) Gridania, Central Shroud, and parts of East & South Shroud.

I then cleaned up the screengrabs as well as I could given the mixed resolutions of the two videos, and formed an expanded map:

At this point, the map is somewhat informative, but I would love to translate anything readable from either Japanese or Eorzean text into English. Unfortunately, my Japanese is sorely lacking.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The text is barely readable. I can see what some things are like gridania and bentbranch, but kanji is impossible to read. It would probably help if you got a japanese and english 1.0 map to compare with.

Central Shroud was covered in a higher resolution with the "exploration" video, but the rest is from the Live Letter, which had a lower resolution unfortunately.
