An offical list should come out "soon".
Unless dev confirmed it wont be in the known missables list. Some items are "almost" dev confirmed, this doesn't make the known list.

-> Over-aspected Clusters- White Ravens (Obtained by Nael Hardmode)
Removed:
- Fisher's Secondary :: Converted to gil, and removed entirely from 2.0
- Fishing lures/tackle :: Converted to gil, new lures will be designed for 2.0
- Arrows :: Converted to gil, and removed entirely from 2.0
- Throwing Items :: Converted to gil, nonconsumables take the consumables place
Suspected Missables - Confirmed Staying:
- Castrum Novum Items
-> Includes the Dalmatica- Primal Weapons
-> Ifrit
-> Garuda
-> Moogle- Cutters Cry - trying to find dev post , consider this a suspicion right now
- Darkhold - Darklight is confirmed, trying to find a dev post for the whole zone items staying
Suspected Unconfirmed Missables
- Imperial hat's from the invading imperial (event)
White Ravens (earring from White Raven hard mode) - most likely a missable- Hildibrand earring
- Deity ring from living on a prayer
- Lunar curtain - from fighting meteors during white raven fight
- Fireworks relating to White Raven/Atomos
Primal Tokens - SE has stated they will use a revamped loot system what about tokens?
This is a temporary list - as soon as the devs post an official one I'll likely ignore anyones suggestions to add to this list. Until then please suggest away and I'll update this main topic. Also include dev links when possible.

Known Missables:
Seasonal Events.... Seriously this should be a no-brainer. you miss a seasonal event, you miss the item. it doesn't depend on 2.0 for this to become missable.
Also Confirmed Staying:
All darklight gear.
--They did however say conditions to earn will change. Which makes sense, seeing that speed runs will no longer be a condition for gear. -

Pretty sure the "official list coming out soon" was the list posted on Oct. 2nd. It wasn't 100% clear on some items, but it was good enough.
It's unclear whether you're still expecting a more complete list, but don't hold your breath. I'm pretty sure that was it. -

The question I have with this is... what about the other key item "on the properties of beastmen".
Let's say someone purchased this for 25k seals, but hasnt earned enough primal seals to unlock the relic quest?
If my math is correct, the refund would be 333,334 gil rounded up in ARR, or rougly 3.333 mil today. -

If this is not what you consider a list, then I'm not sure what you were expecting.
Like I said, it's not 100% clear on a few items, but it's good enough.
Again, don't hold your breath for a more detailed list. I'm almost positive that was it. Haven't we all learned our lessons about expecting 100% clear information from SE by now? -

That list is too bland to be a final. If you click on my citations of the missable items I use that link for arrows and such however, which it is clear on.
