It's happening again and I cannot get it to stop. I've tried everything I can find online (including this: https://www.reddit.com/r/ffxiv/comme...1_error_fixes/), but nothing is working. I really need some help. It seems to be getting worse. Thank you.

- Are you running any addition programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?
- Does this crash occur on more than one character?
- When the crash happens, is the PC over heating at all?
- Were any update or changes made to the PC at the time of the crash?
- Does this crash occur if the game is run in full screen mode? Does it happen in borderless or windowed mode?
In addition, we would like to request a System Report to look into this issue further. Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.

I've also been getting this same error code. I've noticed it occurring after 7.3 patch.. but not before.
Mainly, it seems to pop up every time during Kirin fight (new raid), and it might've happened once or twice at later fights, and possibly in dungeon too.
- Running discord, steam and Chrome browser normally as well, but not others.
- Does occur on other characters too
- I have laptop, but I don't know if it's overheating. I guess it might make sense, that it uses more gpu at this raid or dungeons, but I don't remember having this issue before.
- I don't remember updates, but I re-installed windows and FF14, after this issue.. but still crashing.
- I keep my game in borderless fullscreen, but can try fullscreen. Tho, borderless has worked before.
Internet seems to report various fixes.. custom dx files and someone wrote about running display in 60hz settings.. could try that for example.

I think I got this fixed.
I changed my laptop display from 144hz to 60hz, and it didn't crash in the new raid this time (first time today of several).
Just also remembered, that I had similar issue before (outside ff14), as my laptop was 144 and my external display 60 (and can't go higher). Changing this now also made my external display picture or fps smoother.. probably, as the 2 are now better in sync.
After some time, this error started occurring also in m8s part2 transition cutscene, crashing the game (and maybe still occasionally at Kirin). Also regardless of which monitor / hz was selected.
But I think it might have something to do with components heating up, as I came across another player who wrote, that he fixed it by lowering the voltage use of his GPU, so that it'd not heat up so much (and kick off safety things to protect components).
My own CPU temp has also been high at times (+90c degrees, and possibly GPU too), but I tried to lower / disable graphical settings in FF14, and limit framerate to 30. I think these changes brought temps down a bit, and my laptop also has some different modes to select from (Quiet, Default and Performance), depending on what you're doing, and I tried to keep it on Performance while in game. Maybe this is also better, if it affects how the fans work or something else. Also, tried to keep other app usage in minimum (browser etc).
In any case, with these things, my CPU temperature might've been much lower today (+60c idle temp, +70c in-game temp), and my GPU temp has been even lower (+50c - 60c).
So far, did not encounter this error today.
Update: After checking laptop fans, I noticed they were blocked with dust. After cleaning, GPU temp is 40c (idle) and CPU is 50c (idle).
