Fatal Directx error (11000002)

It's happening again and I cannot get it to stop. I've tried everything I can find online (including this: https://www.reddit.com/r/ffxiv/comme...1_error_fixes/), but nothing is working. I really need some help. It seems to be getting worse. Thank you.

We apologize for any inconvenience experienced when trying to play Final Fantasy XIV. For us to better assist you, please respond with the following information:

- Are you running any addition programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?
- Does this crash occur on more than one character?
- When the crash happens, is the PC over heating at all?
- Were any update or changes made to the PC at the time of the crash?
- Does this crash occur if the game is run in full screen mode? Does it happen in borderless or windowed mode?

In addition, we would like to request a System Report to look into this issue further. Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.
