Good morning !
Please stop this automatic answer !
Since DECEMBER 2024 the players report you that issue ! Why GM and technical team are blind about that ?! oO
With these reactions, you will lost players !
These issues are caused by Aurelion (twelve99). Despite of changing DNS, forwading port, PC, PS5 etc.... All reports lag between 200 ms to 1.5s/2s !
Do we need to do a joint action and claim refund since these months ?
You'd be better off just filling out the form instead of getting mad at the support agent who needs some bare minimum according to corporate rules.
In the FRENCH forum, we do all that since December but nobody take this seriously ! https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...et-FAI/page105 6 pages since December and no answer !
With full report, traceroute etc etc.... Just support agent do nothing in French community ! It is not just getting mad : players are just good to pay since many month with trash servers...
