I believe the current situation of outright hatred in these forums toward Wuk Lamat has grown enough to draw attention to a very serious matter.

Many of you have very respectfully given feedback on a few of the elements you’ve found needing adjustment, along with suggestion to improve them. That’s what the forums are for. Many, many, many others of you, multiple times, have openly voiced your disgust, contempt, outright hatred of said character for ruining your experience in Dawntrail.

And now, a few of you, for WHATEEEEEVER reason…have felt justified in doing the above. This particular brand of malice, like I said in another post. . .is disgusting. I’ve been playing 14 since 2.0 and I have not once seen the collective community go behind the scenes/character to do what’s transpired here, be it this forum, Reddit, wherever. Oh dear heavens above, here we go again....

What this community fails to realize is that the problem isn't exclusive to the VA herself.

She's a half decent VA at parts through the story, but I think some of the voiced lines should have gone through multiple takes before being accepted. Some of this just strikes a lack of quality management versus something that I think should be on the VA.

I would also say that you could put your subjectively best VA on the planet in her role, with her same voiced dialogue and frankly nothing will have changed, because a lot of it is just down to not being well written.

That being said, this is disgusting behavior.

The horse has long returned to dust--beating the spot where it died is now a matter of tradition.

Sena needs to stop posting about this online and go to the police, this is not the first time death threats are being made. If anything doing this proves the agressors are causing an effect and encourages them to continue.

Sounds like a drama queen.

You need to get your facts straight and not post a part of a conversation to fit your narrative.

Exactly why I do not care for the voice actor. They've been having fun going after everyone else with their holier-than-thou nature, but the moment someone bites back, they cannot take the bullying that they were dishing out.

I have no patience for people like this anymore because I know the game they play and the lies they will tell or truths to exaggerate.

It goes without saying that, no matter what your stances are on the VA's performance, the character they played or the story you played, nothing justifies actually attacking the human behind it all. Such actions are beyond vile and can only be considered condemnable. Though I highly doubt people in this forum would stoop so low.

Sadly, the people that think otherwise often feel justified in what they do, so its incredibly hard to get through to them (if they even read the opinions of others regarding that matter.)

Though the internet has many bad people on it, and I will not doubt that someone did send at least one threat of some kind...let us be honest, I am pretty sure the voice actor did not get a wave of threats as they claimed. Jullie Smollet all over again.
