Estate ownership transfer, between characters on same account and world.

This is something i've heard a lot of people ask for lately, is a option to transfer the ownership of an estate to an alt or main char, on the same account and same world. It should be pretty easy right?

What do you all think? ;)

That's what should happen in my opinion. I think it's why people prefer FC houses over personal, at least FC houses come with rooms and a workshop hell that you can indulge in...
Doubt they'd make it happen....but hey, maybe they will. I don't know how easy it'd be.

True that. I mean all we can do, is hope and see. Atleast it's something that'd be more possible than instanced housing or so on. :)

Much simpler to make all characters on an account joint owners of a private house in the first place. I still don't get why SE won't do that.

I couldn't tell sadly. But yeah, it's just a tought for food really. Seeing how it'd solve quite a lot of issues, and would make things easier than Instanced. I think? ; x ; Maybe im just dumb

Sadly I think it could be exploited.

You make a mega FC with 40 characters...bid on the prime spot...then make it a private home? To prevent that you'd have to remove mixed wards otherwise people would likely game it to acquire a large personal house.

I think that would go a long way towards making things more alt-friendly. Ideally I’d like personal housing to have the option to add additional rooms (say 1 for each character, including the one that owns the house), and create a storage chest akin to the FC chest. Then at least if you had a house, it could be a hub for all of your characters, each of them could have their own personal space in the home, and you could transfer items that are allowed to be traded using the storage chest, without having to go through the hassle of creating a shell FC.

I would honestly get rid of my solo FC if they did this and also moved the workshop to the GC or in personal homes too. I'm content with all my alts sharing my Shiro P60 mansion with each having their own rooms like a FC plot would.
