Cant use my fantasia?

I have all the requirements done, trust me this is like my 20th time. But the re edit button is greyed out. Anyone know how to fix this or if its a time thing how long do I have to wait? I dont want to log out and sit in queue for an hour just to not be able to fantasia

try reloading your character data first, i think if you right click there should be an option to reload it

Same, I forgot to do this all before EA. But I logged on early, popped it and got naked and was getting gray hairs from seeing it grayed out. I then found out I wasn’t on my home world, and I can’t submit an application from the character select, I’m royally screwed but I guess it isn’t just me?

Do you see your character in log screen (I mean, physically, but with questions marks on your data on the left of your screen).
If not, I think that’s it. If you can’t see your character, you can’t edit it. (Happened to me on Stormblood release)

if you can't see your character, right-click, then click Retrieve Character Data, and it'll show it.

I’m still in queue for 1st log in but I will try this when I’ll pop the fantasia :)

Do you get this Fantasia sent to you by mail or is it already active?
I can't change my character and I don't have any question marks on the character selection.

I don’t know for OP but I plan to activate one when I’ll finally can log. I’ll tell you if I can change or not.

Double post since I’m on my phone :

I was able to use the fantasia I popped in game right after logging. I just needed to refresh character data as someone kindly suggested above.

So sorry, I have no idea why it doesn’t work for you, but since fantasia changed during the update, you may have an issue with the one you used before DT :(
