I'm assuming "and...<huh>" should read "and acting confused," or something of the like, although I'm also wondering if this was intended--in which case it still feels like a break to the continuity.

This little bit of text is quite a blast from the past. I remember having a similar conversation with our QA team a couple years back when the text was first implemented (before the game was even released). Unlike the other emotes (/beckon -> beckoning, /wave -> waving, /applaud -> applauding), /huh put us in a strange spot. Using a similar word to describe /huh (like 'acting confused') was an option we considered, but we ultimately felt that it wasn't direct enough and would have players...well...acting confused (for lack of a better word). That still left us with the issue of how to write the message, so we went with the <> brackets, which we use for non-worded in-dialogue reactions like <sigh> or <shudder>.
