I love Eureka, but honestly the spawnrate of Penthesilea for example, which is needed for the Relic Weapon, ruins the whole thing for me. It can take like 6 hours until she respawns and if you are unlucky and rejoin it can also happen that you end up on a new instance where she just has been killed just recently and you don't see her for days. And if you work etc and only have 2-3 hours a day to play anyway its so frustrating because you may only see her once in a week if you are unlucky.

Changing that spawn would require adjusting or decoupling from the game's weather system which would either mess with other systems or remove one of the charming features of Eureka.
On top of that it's an already-solved problem since you can buy her material from the Expedition Birdwatcher using Pyros Crystals. Killing her is not required. -

You want it to pop more often? Decrease pop time? Then what you want is to increase pop rate or frequency.
