Ok to cut a long story short I have been a player since closed beta. I took a break from ffxiv because of university work and came back on June 11th 2012, I paid for 1 month subscription then noticed the Legacy deal, so I signed up for a 90 day subscription to ensure I could gain access to it. Now as a returning player signing up for a 90 day subscription before June 30th should have got legacy on my next billing date which is today July 11th. This morning I woke up to find my account had been cancelled and that my 90 day sub had not been paid when I know for a fact that my card detail were correct and I had more than enough money to pay for it!! I signed into the account management system and could only pay for a 30 day subscription (which i paid), I never had to update my card detail all I had to do was click reactivate which proves SE had the correct card details on their system.
I FOLLOWED THE RULE YOU GUYS LAID OUT TO ENSURE I WOULD GET ACCESS TO LEGACY AND YOU GUYS MESSED IT UP FOR ME. I DID NOTHING WRONG AT ALL!!Quote:

if i dont get legacy then i quit and you will have no more of my money, and lets face it you need every paying customer you can get!!
