    [DEV] BILLING ISSUE!!

    Ok to cut a long story short I have been a player since closed beta. I took a break from ffxiv because of university work and came back on June 11th 2012, I paid for 1 month subscription then noticed the Legacy deal, so I signed up for a 90 day subscription to ensure I could gain access to it. Now as a returning player signing up for a 90 day subscription before June 30th should have got legacy on my next billing date which is today July 11th. This morning I woke up to find my account had been cancelled and that my 90 day sub had not been paid when I know for a fact that my card detail were correct and I had more than enough money to pay for it!! I signed into the account management system and could only pay for a 30 day subscription (which i paid), I never had to update my card detail all I had to do was click reactivate which proves SE had the correct card details on their system.

    Returning Players
    Players who played before January 5, 2012 and wish to resume playing again will need to register for a 90-day subscription before Saturday, June 30, 2012 in order to fulfil the requirements needed to qualify for the Legacy Campaign.
    I FOLLOWED THE RULE YOU GUYS LAID OUT TO ENSURE I WOULD GET ACCESS TO LEGACY AND YOU GUYS MESSED IT UP FOR ME. I DID NOTHING WRONG AT ALL!!

    THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS, IT IS A JOKE!!

    if i dont get legacy then i quit and you will have no more of my money, and lets face it you need every paying customer you can get!!

    You have to have paid for the 90 days before that day for it to count. Otherwise you could just get the legacy status and then cancel your subscription before you'd actually pay for it.

    it dose not matter really, I have paid for 60 days now, next billing date in 11th August which will be my 90 days, so that should be in time before the 2.0 beta starts, which is looking like september. I am just ranting because the system is so damn confusing and so many people seem to be experts yet none of them know anything really. I was told that I had to pay for a 90 sub to get legacy or i would not get into legacy as i returned on the 11th june. turns out they were wrong, as long as i pay for the 90 days before the 2.0 beta its all good.

    yea i wish i could of stayed but to be honest my education was far more important than playing a video game but i came back just in time thankfully
