i2501 error
I've been trying to buy crysta for over a week and i keep getting the infamous i2501 error, no matter what payment method i use.
I tried everything possible, like waiting a few days, changing browsers, clear cache, etc etc... i never used a proxy or a VPN to begin with and i was even able to renew my sub before this error popped up.
I'm not really sure what else i could do, i sent a ticket (actually a livechat and email) to support but the issue still persists.
is there anything that can be done to fix it?

Have you tried a fresh browser installation? This may or may not work.

I actually haven't on my laptop
I tried to use edge and a few different browsers with wifi and data on mobile.
I'll try to install firefox and see if it works

Update, my issue is solved
I called support and a few days later i was able to get everything sorted ^^
