Suggestion - Tank LB should have role-based raise
I think most people agree that tank LB is fairly useless except on the fights where it's mandatory to survive a mechanic.
But what if it didn't have to be?
Many, many fights the tank is the last one alive and then that's it. The tank is left to solo the fight and many times succeed. That leaves 6-7 people to cheer on for 10 minutes while the warrior finishes the boss.
I think tank LB, 1 2 and 3, all of them, should raise healers by role. Only healers. That way if all the healers are dead for whatever the reason may be, the tank has an opportunity to get them back in the fight - and only them. But without making it a job ability so it has to be earned, used sparingly, and can prevent forced suicides.
it makes it not good enough to save a savage kill run or ultimate, as you'll likely hit enrage, but it can help prog, or stop group wipe because the healer died.
