Help "The First and Foremost" Main Scenario Quest

On the quest "Over the Wall" I got to "Falcon's Nest", but I didn't click the crystal there.

Now I cannot go back there. In "ishgard" the gate is locked.

Chocobokeep in "Foundation" doesn't want journey me to "Falcon's Nest". Help pls, i can't play.

Resolved by taking a Chocobo porter from foundation. it's down the ramp from the Skysteel manufactory aether shard.
