    Help "The First and Foremost" quest main scenario

    On the quest "Over the Wall" I got to "Falcon's Nest", but I didn't click the crystal there.
    Now I cannot go back there.
    In "ishgard" the gate is locked.
    Chocobokeep in "Foundation" doesn't want journey me to "Falcon's Nest".
    Help pls, i cant play
