Stop putting blacklisted in a Duty

So I hope I'm putting this in the right spot. I've never posted on here before but! I had a question. I guess along with a feedback/suggestion.

I had someone last night I had to blacklist in a duty I was in due to how ungodly rude they were. That being said I sent a ticket and such. Once i did all that and very much so made sure they were blacklisted I rejoined into a duty and got stuck with that very same person!

So my question is why if I blacklist them was I put back into a duty with them? Are they not to show up again and be basically not ever put into your group after blacklisting them? If not they why isn't there something in the game that looks at the players blacklisted for you and then at who is looking for a duty? I don't wanna have to ever see that person if blocked.

ps. when I say duty I mean Duty Finder.

Blacklisting only affects that you cant see anything they type. It has zero influence on dutyfinder/dungeons.
The reason as i understand it it would make duty matching a nightmare. With each player potentially matched to a party they need to be checked against everyone else. Just thinking of the possibilities make my head hurt. Also it makes blacklist witchhunts possible effectively blocking someone from progressing at all.

A moderator might move it if they see it but we have no power to move the threads we create on our own.

Those are good reasons. It could also be used to filter out anyone you don't want in pvp matchmaking, helping you eliminate randomness and assist win-trading.
