Unable to log in due to Name Chnage Bug

Area and coordinates: The character login Screen
Steps:
1. Was suspended Tuesday at 11pm AEDT 28th Feb was off my home world of Sephirot and was on Sophia
2. Served full suspension til 11am AEDT logged back in to see a name change is Required before logging in.
3. Noticed that i was still in the location of the Pestilent Purgatory despite the instance being closed 72hrs before and was still on Sophia and not, Sephirot my home world.
4. First Error Box displayed " A name change is required to Log in with this character. Please return to your home world to change your name"
5. Second Error box said " Character was logged out or disconnected Mid-duty. Unable to process Return to home world Request." This was because i was banned during the instance.
6. The name change is required to log in still appears down the bottom of the log in screen, and unable to do anything as mid-disconnection from the instance means i need to log back in to leave, But cant due to the Name change needing to be done, But Can't due to being on Sophia and not my home world.

i have reinstalled the game and tried other P.C's but it still persists

Did you try “visit another world server” from the login screen?
What it does is moves your character to Ul’dah on another world server.
If it doesn’t let you without changing name, then it won’t help, but if it does let you, it should take you out of the instance.

So when i click that it replies back with "to Visit other worlds with this Character, you must first return to your home world and change your characters name"

Hence the whole issue is the Forced name changed blocking me from doing anything.

Cant name change due to not being on the home world to begin with.
Cant name change as i was disconnected mid instance and needing to log back in.

i sadly feel only the devs can now move the account around.
