Unable to log in due to Name Chnage Bug

In-game time: 182hrs
Area and coordinates: The character login Screen
Steps:
1. Was suspended Tuesday at 11pm AEDT 28th Feb was off my home world of Sephirot and was on Sophia
2. Served full suspension til 11am AEDT logged back in to see a name change is Required before logging in.
3. Noticed that i was still in the location of the Pestilent Purgatory despite the instance being closed 72hrs before and was still on Sophia and not, Sephirot my home world.
4. First Error Box displayed " A name change is required to Log in with this character. Please return to your home world to change your name"
5. Second Error box said " Character was logged out or disconnected Mid-duty. Unable to process Return to home world Request." This was because i was banned during the instance.
6. The name change is required to log in still appears down the bottom of the log in screen, and unable to do anything as mid-disconnection from the instance means i need to log back in to leave, But cant due to the Name change needing to be done, But Can't due to being on Sophia and not my home world.

i have reinstalled the game and tried other P.C's but it still persists
