Great Strides action not applying correctly

Area and coordinates: Anywhere (tried in Limsa, Gridania, Firmament)
Housing: n/a
Steps:
1. Start Crafting
2. Use "Great Strides" (Tooltip states "Effect Active for next three steps")
3. Use Basic Touch
4. Grate Strides effect will disappear
5. Use Standard Touch or Basic Touch - Great Strides effect does not apply.

Basically either the tooltip is incorrect, or the effect is disappearing after just 1 step.

IGNORE THIS.

The wording of the tooltip confused me - told by FC member that it only applies to next touch action once providing the touch action is used in the next 3 steps. Maybe wording could be better but no actual issue.
