Great Strides action not applying correctly

Steps:
1. Start Crafting
2. Use "Great Strides" (Tooltip states "Effect Active for next three steps")
3. Use Basic Touch
4. Grate Strides effect will disappear
5. Use Standard Touch or Basic Touch - Great Strides effect does not apply.

Basically either the tooltip is incorrect, or the effect is disappearing after just 1 step.
