okay I need to know.....

So, I was on Primal when it went belly up after the patch. I was on one of my Lamai toons. Got back in after a while. Now I get kicked a few more times, get back in until I couldn't. This toon can now no longer log into any server on Primal but can go to another DC and log in fine. I have tried resetting my setting and that didn't work. Even downloaded my backup. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, is there a way to get me back to my Home World?

I was having lag spikes doing the latest dungeon yesterday. I’m on Excalibur.

yeah, from what I have gathered from asking around, it seems to be only people on Primal. But the fact that the toon I need to be on their home world can not get on their home world is driving me up a wall. I was able to log them into the new DC fine.

I think that not many people use that lingo anymore.
sure most of one genre may use it.
but even back a few years, it started to confuse people.

yeah I was lost by what point they were trying to make...... I have always called them toons instead of characters because when I started playing, I played with a bunch of people from other MMOs who called them toons.

A lot of WoW players use that terminology, XI did not as far as I can remember. I guess the point they are making is that it isn't used in XIV and so they would rather you use the local customs so to speak. However, feel free to use whatever term you want. It will just immediately make people think you are foreign, and you will get comments like that to try and get you to belong more.

For example French will get annoyed when Americans come to their country and behave in an American manner. Quite a few of them will be rude to you because of it as well.
