Created two reports to combat hacking / cheating, reports dont show up in supportdesk

Hi there!

I witnessed some rather egregious cheating in crystalline conflict about 3 weeks ago. I created a report for it and uploaded a video to youtube and attached it to the report.

Unfortunately, after submitting it, the report isnt showing up in my history. After about 5 days with no response, I submitted another just in case, and that one isnt showing up nor have I had a response in the 2 weeks following it.

If it was something less serious I'd let it go, but I'm worried that for some reason my support tickets arent going through. What should I do?

(I have done bug reports and various things before and they are showing up in my history. That is the main reason why I'm concerned)

Nvm, I see that square enix is unable to respond to individual cheating reports. I'll hope for the best then.
