Ifrit Weapon Drop Rates Make Children Weep
This has been discussed many times and is OLD news, but it's relevant to my current frustrations so I'm posting about it.
10 totems = 1 weapon of choice. Totems never(hyperbole) drop.
Weapons never(hyperbole) drop.
Killing Ifrit is bitter sweet.
Least I got a ton of dark matter :D:D:D:D:D:D

As many times as I've read one of these "Drop Rate" threads, I can't help but wonder how they've escaped the attention of the mods and devs. I don't think anyone is really and truly ok with the idea of running the same fight 300+ times to get the 1 item you want. People can say that talking about it is childish or w/e else they want to but it really is an issue and last I checked bringing issues to the table isn't childish. Having your head shoved up your ass doesn't help. Just because you've already done [content] 500+ times and got everything from it doesn't make it not a problem, it just means you've already spent the time. Why are so many people so focused on themselves that they don't want to see better things for the ones that come behind them? Or am I mistaken in thinking that the point of "community" discussions is to make things better for the community? Should the goal here be more of a "keep things shitty cause it was for me and no one should get better stuff than I did" type thing, or is it already?
