I think my account was hacked.
I cannot log into the game or mog station.
It asks me for OTP, but i never registered for one.
I got an email saying i registered for Software Authenticator but i never did this.
what is the process to retrieve my account please.
all the systems in place just result in it aksing me for an OTP which I dont have.
Did you click on a fake forum link that leads to gil giveaway from a compromised account?

As the account in question is of the European region, I would strongly advise contacting the SQUARE ENIX European Support Center for further assistance with this issue if you have yet to do so.
