An extremely simple change to "fix" Rez in CC (Rez taking longer than intended)
We've all been there. Get ganked and have 10 -20s on our rez timer.
Then afterward it takes 2-3 seconds to port us to the starting area and another 3 to go through the raise animation.
It doesn't need to be this way and it shouldn't. Replace what is currently with a much more simple efficient system:
Upon death, you instantly get a debuff that starts ticking down equal to what your rez timer would normally be. "Down for the count". You are instantly ported to the start area and while said debuff is active you cannot move or act.
Debuff goes away and you go on your merry murdering way.
