Paglth'an Crash

I try to queue for Paglth'an to continue my MSQ and every time I load into the duty it crashes me. I've tried redownloading the game and other fixes but nothing seems fix that issue. Any suggestions?

Not sure if I can help, but you said that you've tried other fixes than re-downloading the game. Could you elaborate?
- Is it on PC?
- Have you tried using lower graphics settings?
- Is it with Trusts and/or other players?
- Have you contacted customer support? They might help better.

If you're playing on PC, have you tried also maybe switching to the DX9 client instead of the DX11 one (this can be done in Settings in the launcher) and seeing if that works? (This is actually what SE usually suggests in such situations).

Otherwise try posting in Bug Reports or Technical support and see if SE could help you there (make sure to follow SE's official error report templates there to provide them as much info as you can - just saying "the game crashes for me at the start of a dungeon" isn't sadly enough for them to go on).

I've tried reaching out to them with no response yet. And I am on PC, I have also tried lowering the graphics. It's in a regular duty and trust, every other duty is fine just seems to be the one for some reason. Never have ran into anything like it before so that's why I was so confused. I have more or less tried anything and everything I could google, friends suggest or my own basic knowledge or problem solving. Guess I'll keep chipping away at it, thanks for the responses though.

Have you only tried doing it in Trust, or have you tried with a group of friends via normal duty?

I'm wondering if you'd be okay once you restarted the game if you went in as a normal duty and your group was still waiting for you. Your experience doing it that way might also give Technical Support additional information that could help them identify the problem.

Hello, I have encounter the same issue on MSQ dungeon Pagalthn, the client crash with error (17). Have you find any solution?
